By creating an account and using Synnectra ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Synnectra provides a trade execution platform between TradingView and MetaTrader 4/5. The Service processes trading signals, executes trades on connected MT4/MT5 accounts, provides performance analytics, automated tasks, and real-time notifications.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All plans include a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
Trading in financial markets involves significant risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Synnectra is a tool for trade execution and does not provide financial advice. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your invested capital.
Synnectra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, signal failures, execution delays, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
